Distance: Approximately 20 – 40 miles, depending on the pace group.
Pace: C Pace (10-12 mph), B/C Pace (12-14 mph), B Pace (14-16 mph), A/B Pace
(16-18 mph), A Pace (18-20 mph), EF Pace (20+ mph)
Terrain: 3 - Moderate Rollers, no strenuous hills

Join us for an awesome Labor Day ride through the moderately rolling hills just east of Lexington. Following the ride cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool while a BCC grill master grills hamburgers and hotdogs to serve with salads and chips for lunch. Bring a bag chair or lawn chair!
Don’t miss out on the chance to see everyone before the summer ends! Lunch will happen rain or shine so please plan to come regardless of the weather. Sign up by Thursday, August 31, so we can get an accurate head count for the food.
There is a bathroom available for changing into a suit, but you can also jump right into the pool in your cycling kit. Whatever you choose to wear in the pool, you can hose off before jumping in the pool, but it is not mandatory. Just enjoy the opportunity to cool off after a hot ride!
We are also hosting an optional bake-off! We are challenging our members to bring their best dessert. The winner, to be determined by BCC board member judge(s), will receive a gift card!
Special note: If there are any interested dog lovers, there will be a brief demonstration of toy-retrieval from the pool by the Four Labradors of the Apocalypse!
