The paces (mph) for the faster groups are based upon effort and terrain and will generally be a bit lower in comparison to the paces (mph) for such groups of other rides of similar distances.  More information about the overall difficulty of this Nic Vegas Ride can be located on the BCC Facebook page or by contacting Libby.

If you are not doing any of the other super rides, we hope you will ride and “live the dash” with us!  We will offer options to journey to McGee Lane, Grows Mill Road, Feck Lane, and Brumfield Lane – all intriguing and wonderful. There will be an assortment of terrain (from fairly flat to hilly) and a variety of paces.  Yummy snacks aplenty, cold drinks, and a restroom will be available in the back of The Alternative Jewelry Shop.  Please park in the public parking lot beside of The Alternative Jewelry shop.  We will meet at the back of T.A.J.S.  Announcements will start at 5:55 PM and we plan to roll at 6:00 PM.
This year, we will strive to provide a slew of routes, a variety of less traveled roads, diverse terrain, and loads of fun.  So, we hope you will journey our way to make new friends, ride with old friends, explore southern Jessamine County, and more.  We would love your company. Woo-hoo!

Riders must maintain current social distancing guidelines - 6 feet apart - before, during and after the rides. Groups are limited to no more than 8-10 individuals. If there are more than 8-10 in a pace group, the group must split, with start times staggered by 5 minutes. Masks are required before and after the ride where social distancing is difficult to maintain, per state guidelines. Masks will not be required during the ride since wearing a mask adds stress to the respiratory system. Howeer, the choice is up to the individual rider on whether to wear a maskduring the ride.
Finally, by riding with this group, riders personally accept all risks associated with Covid-19.
All riders must register for the ride to allow the ride leader to manage physical space limitations, multiple groups, and the number of riders.
