Overall Difficulty:
Routes will vary by difficulty by the terrain of the route chosen. Riders 
will ride at their own pace as no pace groups are provided for.

RIDERS SHALL NOT COME TO A RIDE IF THEY DO NOT FEEL GOOD, HAVE BEEN RUNNING A TEMPERATURE,
OR HAVE AN ACTIVE CASE OF COVID-19

Riders must maintain current social distancing guidelines - 6 feet apart before, during and after the rides. Groups are limited to no more than 8-10 individuals. If there are more than 8!in apace group, the group mush split, with start times staggered by 5 minutes. 

As long State and Health Guideline require MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED before and after the ride WHERE SOCIAL DISTANCING CANNOT BE MAINTAINED. Masks wlll not be required during the ride. However, the choice is up to the individual rider  on whether to wear a mask during ride.

WHAT IS A HYBRID RIDE
A HYBRID RIDE allows BCC members to be covered by the club's insurance and to get BCC mileage credit. MIDWAY WEDNESDAY HYBRID RIDE is an All Comers Ride meaning that no ride leaders will be provided and riders can choose to ride any of the posted routes (see below). Riders can ride any of the posted routes anytime on Wednesday. You are encouraged to ride with at least one other person if practical.


REGISTRATION REQUIRED
To be covered by the BCC's insurance ALL BCC MEMBERS MUST REGISTER FOR THE 
RIDE each week. Following completion of the ride registered BCC Members 
will need to let me know that you completed the ride and which route you 
rode.

RIDE CREDIT
You can contact me (Randy Thomas) via email: randysthomas@yahoo.com or 
text: (859) 312-9891. You should inform me of the completion of your ride 
within 24 hours. I will then complete a ride sheet sheet with your name and 
mileage and submit it to the BCC's statistician.

RECOMMENDED RIDER ACTIONs
*Ride with a partner or small group (10 or less please)
* Emergency contact information should be carried with you (this should be 
normal)
* Have an emergency backup that can come and get you if needed
* Have water, food, etc. for the ride or a store stop scheduled
* Spare tubes, tools, etc.
* TAKE PHOTOS and share on the BCC's Facebook page
* If a registered rider decides to not ride he/she is requested to contact the ride leader 

ACCIDENTS
If there is an accident and you need either medical assistance or need to 
report to law enforcement please dial 911 for emergency assistance. As soon 
as possible you will need to notify the ride leader Randy Thomas at (859) 
312-9891 so he can complete the accident report for insurance.
