The Bluegrass Cycling Club's Horsey Hundred will be at Charles Brooking Park, 1130 Cincinnati Rd, Georgetown, KY 40324.  The vendor location will be located in the large barn that is next to the pavilion and is centered around rider registration, entertainment and food trucks.  Each spot in the barn is $150.00.  All vendor spots are in a visible location, and all are the same measurements.  If weather permits, you can place your booth outside the barn. Volunteers will be there to assist your booth location. If you stay through Saturday and Sunday, and if you choose to set up outside, you'll need to move your booth back to your spot in the barn to securely store your merchandise overnight.  Friday night is the main vendor expo with the most foot traffic. 

The Bluegrass Cycling Club merchandise booth will remain indoors, so there will be plenty of traffic inside the barn.  We will have a special hot spot for Wi-Fi.  There will be electrical outlets in the barn.

Vendors must be set up by 2:00PM on Friday, May 22nd. The vendor expo closes at 10:00PM on Friday. The expo will resume from 6:00AM to 10:00AM and 12:00PM to 6:00PM on Saturday.  The Sunday hours are 9:00AM to 2:00PM. You do not have to comeback Saturday and Sunday during the noted times, but please make sure your booth is secure.
