Rider should print map/cue sheet beforehand if needed or contact ride leader day before The ride will have regrouping Ride will be held rain or shine Restroom facilities are available at the starting location
Overall Difficulty:
There will be some moderately rolling hills. The ride will be on open, paved roads. The speed and difficulty will be in line with the pace group's ability.
Details:
Join us for an awesome Labor Day ride on the moderately rolling roads just east of Lexington. Following the ride, cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool or simply sit back and enjoy the live music of David McLean.
Refuel with fresh sandwiches, roll ups and salads.
Don't hesitate to bring your best dessert for our 3rd ANNUAL BAKE OFF. This year we will offer two categories to compete in; one for the best cake/pie and the other for the remaining entries. The past two years the prize has gone to ONE household. Will this year be different? Nathaniel and Liam are up for the challenge!
Club members are welcome to bring their direct family members/significant other and grandchildren to this event. Please be sure to register them when you sign up. This is a great opportunity to meet our extended BCC family.
Please bring a lawn chair. A changing room is available, so bring your suits. If you would like to contribute to the Bake Off, bring that dessert you have been hungry for all summer. You may just end of up winning!
The luncheon and all the fun will happen Rain or Shine around 11:30. If you can't make the ride come for the luncheon and desserts.
Summary:
