Restroom facilities at the start.
Possible store stop at The Brick for a coffee or a pastry and to refill water bottles.
Overall difficulty: Strenuous.
This ride is all on pavement.
Starting point is the parking lot by Shelter #2, to the right of the Sky Lift parking lot. (This is the starting point of the Red River Rally in the fall). The route goes to Slade and turns right onto Route 15 up the Subway hill to Pine Ridge. Into the Red River Gorge, out to Sky Bridge and then CAUTIOUSLY down the Sky Bridge hill. On through the Red River valley before climbing up through the Nada Tunnel and back to Slade and to our start.
A light for the Nada Tunnel is highly recommended.
