Easy to Moderate depending on the Pace Group and Route.
On the C and B/C ride, the ride leader will sweep the ride and regroup as necessary. The A, A/B, and B paces will typically involve pace lines and ride leaders will try to keep the group together but will not sweep.
We will meet in the front corner of the Kroger's parking lot nearest the gas station.
The ride will have sections that go through subdivisions, on the shoulder of Harrodsburg Road, on 2 lane country roads, and on a bike trail. We will be on the shoulder of Harrodsburg Road for part of the ride. This shoulder is as wide as normal lane.
All paces will go out on the road/trail and then work their way back on country roads, or they may just be crazy and not ride out the trail.
It is April so we be gaining daylight. Rain, snow, or cold temperatures could cancel, watch for ride changes on the website and on Facebook.
Make sure you have a helmet, water bottles (with water), spare tubes (that fit your tire and stems that fit your rims, not going to say any names), and a pump or CO2.
Arrive early. Pre-ride announcements at 5:50pm. Wheels roll at 6:00pm.
Sunset for the month of April is between 8:05pm and 8:25pm. Head lights and blinkies are always recommended.
A group usually goes to the SEC Pub or Ramseys for food and drinks after the ride
