2023 Horsey Hundred Vendor Fair
The Bluegrass Cycling Club is pleased to offer a variety of indoor booth options for 2023 Horsey Hundred Vendor Fair.
- STANDARD: 100 sq. ft booth with 2 chairs and a table
- DELUXE: 200 sq. ft booth with 2 chairs and a table
- PREMIER: 300 sq. ft booth with 2 chairs and a table
- FEATURE: 150 sq. ft area with no table
Feature and non-profit/information spaces will only be a table and two chairs.
Booths using pop-up tents must be located on the perimeter of the venue. Center booths (S-9, S-10, S-11, S-12, S-13, S-14 and F-1 cannot accommodate pop-up tents.
Vendors must be set up by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 26th. The expo will resume at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday when the cyclists begin to return to campus. Vendors are welcomed and encouraged to stay throughout the weekend.
