You see and hear things on a bike that you won't in a car. A bike is wonderful fun exercise! Riding a bicycle will always bring a smile to your face, it's a real stress buster! 😊 Many of you have commented on my posts in the past on the beautiful areas that my friends and I have cycled through.  Question, do you have a bike that you have not been on for a while for one reason or another.  Do you feel a little intimidated about getting some great exercise, but you just may need a small nudge? Would you

like to get together with like-minded friendly people and ride your bike?

Here's your opportunity!! This SATURDAY September 24th we will be holding a novice ride / training session at 10AM in the parking lot for the trail at Whitehall Park. We will have a short education period followed by an easy ride on the trail and the lightly traveled road with bike lanes. It will be

5 miles, or we can do more! This will be posted on the Bluegrass cycle club website also. Please message me if you have any questions, you will need a helmet and water bottle. For BCC members this is an excellent opportunity to "adopt" a rider and introduce them to what we enjoy so much!

Hope to see you there!
