Distance: A nice easy 18 mile ride. Shows less than 1000 feet of climb which is good. Just know that a majority of the climbing comes during short punchy hills that will get your heart rate up but you can relax on the long 'flatter' roads.
The ride is absolutely beautiful and the roads are smooth as you would ever want them to be.

Terrain: 2 - Easy Rollers, 3 - Moderate Rollers, 5 - Hilly
Map and cue sheet both provided
The ride will have regrouping
Ride will be held rain or shine
Restroom facilities are available at the starting location
There will not be a store stop
This is an easy ride for most cyclist if you have been on the bike for more than a month. The route has a few rollers and short punchy hills.
This is an 'All Comers' ride so everyone is invited to ride but you are responsible for your own repairs. As with most rides, each individual group will be regrouping at the top of the hills and intersections.
In the spirit of the Horsey Hundred Weekend, I thought that we could ride around Country Boy Brewing to warm-up the legs for the weekend. This is an 'ALL COMERS' ride but I plan on doing an easy A pace. Patrick Wesolosky will also be assisting in leading as well at a slower pace. I hope to have other Ride Leaders and club members join us making sure the ride goes smoothly.
This ride is designed for our out of town guests staying in the Georgetown area a chance to get themselves checked in, do a short a ride and meet the locals while enjoying a beverage at Country Boy Brewing. Country Boy is one of our Bluegrass Bike Partners that has always supported the Club in everything that we have asked. This is something new this year and hope we can expand it in years to come.
Food trucks will also be at Country Boy to help replenish the few calories that you may have burned on this easy ride.
The excitement is getting INTENSE around here in the Bluegrass so whether it rains or shine, we hope to see everyone at Country Boy to ride some beautiful roads and if it rains, well, we have more time to meet new friends from all over. Can't wait to see you!!!
