This is the fourth ride out of the five out-of-da-box rides of this one-time only Nickel Series. We will journey across the Valley View Ferry, visit (briefly) Fort Boonesborough, and meander through the many less traveled roads of Madison County.  All routes are not are hilly as previous Nickel rides, but are sure to bring many smiles.  :)

Details:

We hope you will join us for Nickel 4 on August 19, 2017 at 8:00 AM!  There will be store stops and special snacks generously provided by Lisa and Hayden Bennett (Mark Bennett’s wife and son) as well.  Maps and cue sheets will be provided.  The assistance of a Garmin (downloaded GPS course) is  helpful, but it is not required. There will be no SAG support vehicle. However, if you call your own SAG, the sign-in sheet, snacks, and drinks will be available at T.A.J.S. whenever or however you return.  We will meet at the back of The Alternative Jewelry Shop at 118 ½ North Main Street, Nicholasville, Kentucky. Please park in the public parking lot (beside the building which houses T.A.J.S.).  Announcements will commence at 7:50 AM and we hope to roll at 8:00 AM.  Snacks, drinks, and a restroom will be available before and after the ride in the back of The Alternative Jewelry Shop.

Thanks so much to the wonderful members of the Madison County Cycling Group for all their help and efforts with Nickel 4.  Plus, extra thanks to Gary Minter (for being the Madison County Guide for the B group for the 68
