Distance: Route will be loops out and back from the start location with each loop 2 to 3 miles in length through subdivision roads at 8 to 10 Mph. One can stop after the first loop or continue ride loops on different routes each time for a maximum of 12 miles.

Overall Difficulty:
We regroup at the top of any hills if someone is struggling to keep up.
Follow the leader style with a sweeper bringing up the rear.
Details:
Be sure to bring a helmet and water bottle. If you do not have a bike, the gym has rental bikes for only $10 for the whole year. They also have helmets but you will still need a water bottle.
