Distance:
All are welcome, but we will only have ride leaders for the following paces and routes: A/ AB (102 mile route) and AB (73 mile route). You are welcome to ride either route at any other pace, but you will be leaderless. There will be no SAG (support vehicle), but there will be store stops. If you plan on riding a route on your own, the assistance of a Garmin (downloaded GPS course) is really helpful, but it is not a requirement. If you decide to call your own SAG, the sign-in sheet, snacks, and drinks will be available at our shop whenever or however you return.
Pace: A/B Pace (16-18 mph)
Terrain: 5 - Hilly
Map and cue sheet both provided
The ride will have regrouping

Both routes will be challenging, but hopefully will reveal new roads. Please note paces are based upon effort and difficult terrain.

If you are looking for a Redbud makeup century or an “out of the box” 73 miler - we hope you will join us for the second ride of The Nickel Series. We will meet at the back of The Alternative Jewelry Shop at 118 ½ North Main Street, Nicholasville, Kentucky. Please park in the public parking lot directly beside the building which houses T.A.J.S., on the street, or in the public parking lot located across from the Jessamine County Health Department. Announcements will commence at 8:50 AM and we plan to roll at 9:00 AM. Snacks, drinks, and a restroom will be available before 9:00 AM in the back of T.A.J.S. as well. Let’s go exploring!
